We were Boho before it was chic, back even before “crunchy.” Here amongst the vines in the fog-driven Central Coast of California – our renowned Wine Country – it just didn’t feel right to keep bottling our best wines in heavy glass bottles with a monstrous carbon footprint. We were delighted to learn that the 3L Premium Cask package – whose carbon footprint is 55% smaller than the four 750ml bottles it replaces – keeps harmful air out so that our wine’s luscious flavors stays fresh for 6 weeks after opening.  And even after recycling, 85% less packaging waste ends up in our over-crowded landfills.

But we didn’t want just any box, so we sought out one whose outer cardboard shell is made from 95% recycled material and all the printing inks are soy-based. So sip, swirl and do your part to help save the planet.
